Client-Side Encryption Notice

Your sensitive data is protected with client-side encryption. This means if you forget your password, we cannot recover your encrypted journal entries or chat history. Please read the data recovery section carefully to understand these important limitations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aura Lift's platform, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

3. Client-Side Encryption and Data Recovery

Understanding Our Zero-Knowledge System:

  • • Your password is used to derive your unique encryption key
  • • Only you have access to your personal journal entries and chat content

Critical Data Recovery Limitation

If you forget your password, we CANNOT recover your encrypted data.This includes all journal entries, chat conversations, and personal notes.

Warning: Before terminating your account, ensure you have backed up any encrypted data you wish to preserve, as it will become permanently inaccessible after account deletion.
